Colombia Excelso EP (European Process) is a distinguished coffee sourced from small family-owned farms nestled in the Colombian "coffee triangle." The main harvest unfolds between October and January, while the "mitaca" harvest takes place from April to June. Within this rich tapestry of Colombian coffee culture, small-scale producers meticulously pick and process their coffee at micro-wet mills. The uniqueness of this process extends to the drying phase, where coffee beans are carefully laid out on elevated tables inside solar dryers, offering protection from the elements.
